Financing Your Orthodontic Treatment

“Cost shouldn’t be the barrier when you seek the highest quality, professional orthodontic care.” – Dr. Fred Salvatoriello DMD

Now that you’re thinking about orthodontic treatment, you’re probably wondering how much it’s going to cost.

Orthodontic Financing in Three Easy Steps

Step 1: We evaluate you or your child’s needs at the initial visit and put together an individual plan of treatment.

Step 2: We’ll talk dollars and cents after the evaluation. This includes an estimate of how much the dental treatment will cost, what payment options we offer, and how best to make financing your orthodontic care affordable and convenient.

Step 3: We make copies of your private insurance card(s) and help you complete any insurance forms that may be needed. We also make payment arrangements with you for anything not covered by your insurance company.

Our office accepts all dental insurances and the Say Smile Team will assist you in determining what your insurance will cover for you or your child’s orthodontic care.

You’ll be glad to know that many of the procedures we offer are considered dental in nature, so they’re always covered under the dental portion of your insurance policy. This means that if you don’t have orthodontic coverage, treatment can still be appropriate and recommended under the preventive dental portion of your policy.

We do partner with CareCredit, which is a healthcare credit card that offers special financing options specifically for orthodontic treatment. You can get more info about CareCredit here  or when you come in for your initial consultation.

Do you have state insurance coverage under New Hampshire Medicaid in addition to private insurance? If so, our office will handle all of the paperwork for both private insurance and New Hampshire state Medicaid insurance. While you’ll need to fill out your part of your private insurance claim form with the correct information, our office will take care of all the New Hampshire Medicaid billing forms. Make sure you bring your New Hampshire Medicaid dental card with you, as the state policy insists that you have the card with you at all times. We’ll make a copy of the card at you or your child’s first visit.
