We enjoy working with our patients and would appreciate your help in making our relationship as productive as possible. Our orthodontist in Hanover, NH - Dr. Fred Salvatoriello, has been offering feedback surveys to his patients for over 20 years, and we've learned a lot along the way about how to do it right.
We wanted to publish this short article for you because sometimes its a little bit confusing on how to add a review online for someone's business.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Why post an online review?
We just want to note that it's really, really REALLY important that if someone gave you good service at their office and you appreciate the care your dentist or orthodontist gave you - you should take just a couples minutes of your time to go post a review.
Why? Because a lot of small businesses count on online reviews and it's been proven in studies that people look online for this online reviews and make BUYING decisions based on them. So, if you care about your local orthodontist or dentist, that you set aside just 5 aside to post something positive. It's good karma. :)

2.) If a child patient...Is your child pleased with the way he or she is being treated? Please comment.
3.) Could you please note the things you like about our practice?
Examples might be: The friendly staff, short wait times, the look and feel of the office, the educational info we provide, our communication and billing process, scheduling appointments, innovative treatments ect.
4.) Please note the things you feel could be improved in our practice?
Unfortunately, you can't please every customer all the time. But, if we did a good job serving you, and you could just take 5 minutes to go online and share your reivew, that would be THE GREATEST COMPLIMENT you could pay a business like ours.
